Any person in charge of an IT department or similar knows that it has long been difficult to find good IT professionals in Spain: programmers, analysts... Why is this happening? Spain in particular, and Europe in general, is undergoing a demographic crisis that accompanies, and is in part due to, the general financial crisis. There is currently half the number of newly-graduated young people than there were 20 years ago, and this demographic decline is going to continue over the next 15 years. So, to sum up, there is a shortage of young professionals, the base of most professional services companies. On the other hand, it is obvious that over the next 5 to 10 years Spain will show extremely low growth rates. Newshore's solution

Our production model is based on the balanced distribution of project tasks between the local team of consultants and our Development Centre in Manizales (Colombia). In short, service management, identification and analysis of requirements tasks are taken care of by the consultants in Spain; technical design, system development (or service production), as well as quality assurance are tasks that are done in the Development Centre. The advantages are clear:
